How does the fundraiser work?

• We create a promotional code and a QR code for your fundraising campaign.
• We will send you a flyer that you would use for promoting the campaign through social media or email
• Participants place their orders directly on our web store using the promo code. They will be able to add any information relevant to the distribution.
• After the campaign, we’ll ship the pre-assembled orders to your school, in a single shipment
• Once the shipment is complete, you will receive 40% of seed sales.

It's as simple as that. This summer, those participants will have the pleasure to garden and harvest varieties we have carefully develop and grown for Quebec's climate!

Other details:

• Only seed packs are part of the fundraiser. They sell for $4.49 + tax
• If participants purchase bulk seed packets, or books, these will not be part of the amount remitted to the fundraiser organizer.
• At checkout, participants must enter the promo code and select the  **To Ship** option. We cannot add the promo code after the order has been placed.
• If the participants use the QR code or your link, the promo code will be directly applied to their order
• We'll provide you with a flyer with details about our farm, your promo code and how to order.
• We'll personalize the flyer with any order management request, ex: adding a classroom number
• You can choose to have the promo code active for 2 to 4 weeks.
• All orders will be shipped at once for free if the minimum amount of 200$ is reached. Otherwise there would be an additionnal shipping fee of 15$

How are seeds delivered?

We will send all orders in a single shipment to the address you choose when you register.

When is the best time to fundraise?

We recommend a 2-3 week campaign from December to May. The best months for seed sales are December - January and then February.

What do you suggest for promoting our fundraising campaign?

We suggest a sequence of e-mail and social networking posts.

Announce that informations about the campaign are coming soon.

For example: We have a new partner this year for our fundraising campaign! We're sure you'll love them. We'll be announcing it soon.

A week later, you unveil the campaign, with information on when, where and how.

Another publication to announce the beginning, or imminent start, of the campaign.

Another publication to remind participants that the campaign is underway.

A reminder that there are only 24-48 hours left to participate in the campaign.

Another thanking publication sharing the amount collected.

We understand that most organizations are limited in the number of publications they can make. It's up to you.

Is there a minimum order for customers?

There is no minimum order. Parents simply order the seeds they want from our store and enter the promo code associated with your school. This will remove the shipping costs and we will send their individual order, separately packaged in their name, to your school.

Do customers pay the farm directly?

Yes, customers pay the farm directly by completing their shopping cart. The farm then transfers the funds collected to the school at the end of the campaign.

How is the school paid?

The farm will send the total fundraising amount to the school in a single cheque at the end of the campaign. The names and addresses for receiving the cheque are chosen during the registration process.
